Church of the Resurrection

Bridges to Housing Stability is once again holding its Annual Chili Cook-off to raise money to help fight homeless in Howard County. On Sunday, January 22nd the congregation gathered in Buck Hall to hold our
in-house competition to determine who would represent us at the main event. Five delicious chilis were offered with the winner determined by who got the most money in their tip jar. The Taco Bean Chili prepared by Larry and Nancy  proved to be the crowd favorite. Thank you to all who provided chili and everyone who came and voted!

The big cook-off is scheduled for Sunday, March 19th at 12:30 p.m. at Church of the Resurrection in
Ellicott City. The congregation that brings in the most donations will win the coveted Golden Ladle!
Even if you can’t make it to the competition you may still donate money to support our table. All gifts received up through March 19th will count toward our total.

We need volunteers to serve chili on Sunday, March 19th.
