Come join the Peacemaking and Social Justice committee as we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr.’s great legacy by focusing on volunteering, selfcare, kindness, and respect for the world. We will be holding a MLK Bingo Challenge that will run from MLK Day (January 18) until Valentine’s Day (February 14). We are calling this PEACE Bingo as our categories are:
This challenge is made for young and old; families can work together or can compete against each other to see who can get the most Bingos. For each PEACE Bingo you earn, a heart with your first name will be added to our Day of Service display board. We will share this board with the congregation on February 14 so that we can all celebrate together. When you have earned a Bingo, send your name and a screenshot of your PEACE Bingo Board with a quick description of the things you did to firstname.lastname@example.org. Questions? Contact Amy Curran, Marla Blasko, or Virginia Callegary for more info. Let’s everyone get out there and show some love for the world!
