Sunday, February 6, 2022 and the first Sunday of the month through May 2022 – next small group ZOOM meeting

Come join fellow First Pres members for a fun hour of online conversation and games. Get to know each other a little better and spend time laughing while responding to fun conversation topics and playing virtual games. If you can’t make it on February 6th, future sessions are scheduled on the first Sunday of each month through May.

Please contact Sharon Glennen at to be put on the monthly email list for event Zoom Links.

Please respond by the Friday before the event to be put on the list and receive a Zoom link.

Why we do this:

After the pandemic started it became clear that it would be a while before we could gather together in church. We all miss the informal fellowship that happens when we spend time together, especially coffee hours and other activities that help us stay connected as a congregation.

Circles of Care was initially developed as a way to provide support to congregation members during the pandemic but has since evolved to a way of keeping us connected. The name was changed to Sunday Online Chat & Games and fosters informal fellowship, lets us stay in touch, helps us get to know people who we might not otherwise meet, and lets us learn things about them that we might not otherwise know.

The group meets monthly through Zoom at 2:00 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month. Sessions consist of group conversations about various topics such as your most unusual job, or favorite holiday memory. We also play informal games to get everyone laughing and sharing in fellowship. If you’re sitting at home and want to have some fun and fellowship with fellow First Presbyterians, come join us!

You do need to pre-register so we can send the Zoom link for each meeting.
